NUTRITIONAL ASSESSMENT
The nutritional assessment is the first meeting between you and me.
It allows you to explain your goals and needs to me.
For my part, it allows me to get to know you better (eating habits, pace of life, etc.) for the most appropriate care possible.
It is also during this appointment that we carry out, if necessary, impedance measurements, to assess your body composition.
At the end of this first consultation, you leave with defined objectives until the next session.
NUTRITIONAL MONITORING
Nutritional monitoring is done in several consultations (the number depends on each person's need).
After having established objectives and measures during the 1st meeting, the follow-up consultation makes it possible to take stock together of what has been put in place and to adapt the advice, if necessary.
It also allows you to answer your questions and develop new goals.
The first follow-up consultations are quite close then become, over time, more and more distant.

The right diet for an entire team can make the difference over a season!
I suggest that you take charge of all the players individually (with consultations) and collectively (through workshops / interventions) throughout the season to improve your performance.
CONDUCT OF WORKSHOPS AND INTERVENTIONS
I also offer awareness-raising interventions on various topics related to food.
These interventions can be adapted to all audiences (children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, etc.) and to all structures (companies, schools, sports associations, etc.)
There is also the possibility of carrying out workshops:
Knowing how to cook according to a specific objective.
Know how to shop in the supermarket.
How to save money with food.
...
These workshops can be carried out for one person or a group of 2 to 15 people depending on the demand.

Reimbursement of consultations is possible!
Social security does not cover this type of service, but many mutuals reimburse 1 or more consultations per year.
